台灣筆記型電腦產業發展與競爭力之研究

摘要


本文首先分析台灣筆記型電腦產業的發展及現狀,以筆記型電腦產業的價值鏈進行解析,揭示產業特徵和台灣企業在價值鏈中的地位。同時分析筆記型電腦產業的具體特徵,對台灣企業所處的全球生產網絡進行分解,分析產業組織的治理模式以及各參與主體之間的網絡關係,揭示生產網絡的治理權。其次,進一步對該行業的生產網絡價值創造體系進行分析,分析其價值構成、價值分布和價值來源,瞭解企業在網絡中的定位和企業目前價值獲取的現狀、特點以及價值來源的路徑,認識企業在各個環節的進入壁壘,識別出台灣筆記型電腦產業在全球價值鏈中的策略環節,找到產業升級的路徑以及核心競爭力的構成要素。研究結果顯示,對於如何提升台灣筆記型電腦產業核心競爭力,提出了三大策略: (1) 提升技術能力策略:引進新技術或生產流程; (2) 提高流程能力策略:構建富有競爭力的供應網絡; (3) 提高市場能力策略:在中國大陸建立行銷通路,提高物流服務、運籌能力以及制定品牌發展策略。 關鍵詞:筆記型電腦產業、全球生產網絡、全球價值鏈

This study first analyzes the development and current status of the Taiwanese notebook computer industry to understand and evaluate the value chain of this industry, thereby showing industry features and the positioning of Taiwanese enterprises in the global value chain. Besides the specific features of the notebook computer industry and the global production networks which Taiwanese enterprises are part of, the governance models of industry organizations and the network relationships between the various participating bodies will also be analyzed to show the governance rights of production networks. The value creation systems of production networks of these enterprises will be further analyzed. The value structures, value distribution and value sources will be analyzed to understand the position and current status of enterprises in the network, as well as features and value sources of the value capture of enterprises, to understand entry barriers encountered by enterprises at each stage, distinguishing strategic links of the Taiwanese notebook computer industry in the global value chain and finding out the components of industry upgrade paths and core competencies. Results show that three major strategies have been proposed for improving the core competencies of the Taiwanese notebook computer industry: (1) Improving technical capacity: Introducing new technology or production processes. (2) Improving process capabilities: Building competitive supply networks. (3)Improving market capacity: Constructing marketing channels in China, improving logistics services, logistics capabilities and formulating brand development strategies.
