摘要

隨著電子科技的日新月異，在給人們帶來方便與效率的同時，也產生了大量的電子垃圾。電子產品內的零件有大量可能危害環境的化學物質，如果這些零件未被妥善處理，一但釋放到環境中，對環境的汙染將相當嚴重。因此，近年來各國無不竭力將環保的要求放在其國家環保政策中。所以，本研究將選擇某電子科技公司(以下簡稱A公司)作為具有一定代表性的企業個案，探討其建立綠色供應鏈所面臨的問題、處理過程以及管理。並針對「建制綠色供應鏈管理時遇到的挑戰以及解決方式」展開研究，以期能夠勾勒出綠色供應鏈管理的全貌，進而供業界實施綠色供應鏈管理參考之用。

While our lives have undoubtedly been made more convenient with the advancement of electronic technology, a lot of electronic waste has been generated. Many spare parts found in electronic products contain chemicals that if not handled properly will cause serious pollution when released into the environment. Therefore, various countries have been including environmental protection requirements in their respective environmental policies in recent years. An electronics technology company (hereafter referred to as Company A) will be selected for our research as a representative business case study to investigate the problems faced in the setting up, processing and managing of a green supply chain. Focusing on the challenges faced in the setting up of green supply chains and the solutions, this study hopes to obtain a complete picture of the management of green supply chains and to serve as a reference for supply sectors on the implementation of green supply chain management.
