金融專業證照對工作職場影響之探討
─以台灣合作金庫銀行為例

早期受高等教育是極為不容易，因此，企業主管在挑選人才上，非常輕鬆地只要以明星學校的學歷來判斷。而為了提升教育品質，這幾年政府的教改政策不斷更動，導致許多學生與家長無所適從，大學也從菁英教育轉變為普通教育，只要有錢就能讀大學，這也導致大學文憑的品質受到企業質疑。近幾年，鼓勵報考證照的風氣也漸漸崛起，大專院校也開始陸續要求學生必須有專業金融證照，學生擔心未來畢業即失業的狀況，會加入報考證照的行列，期望替自己未來加薪或升遷時有所助益。而有經驗的銀行人員表示，想捧銀行飯碗前須考取基本證照，包括人身保險證照、財產保險業務員、投資型保險業務員、信託業務員、投信投顧法規、結構型商品銷售人員資格、人身保險業務員銷售外幣收付非投資型保險資格測驗之基本七種執照。本文以合作金庫為例，探討考取相關金融證照，對於社會新鮮人於面試時，有較高的錄取機會，況且薪資也會比一般私人企業起薪22K還要高很多。而在錄取後，經過進修與累積實戰經驗，陸續考取專業證照，尤其是國際金融證照，在升遷與考核或者未來想跳到更優渥的銀行，則會比其他同事更有機會嶄露頭角。而此結論將有助於準備證照的學生們一個方針。

It was not easy to have a higher education degree in the earlier years, so the workers were hired by the degrees from the prestigious higher schools. The Government wanted to improve the "educational quality", they usually changed the policies of education reform persistently in recent years, and let many students and their parents are indecisive. Morever, the numbers of universities are increasing and let the higher education change from professional to general education, particularly for people with well financial condition. Therefore, the students will be requested to have some professional certifications to find a job as they graduated. The experienced bank employers present that there are seven basic certifications required before having bank’s job, including the Certification of Personal Insurance Representative, the Certification of Property Insurance Representative, the Certification of Investment-orientated Insurance Product Representative, the Certification of Trust Representative, the Certification of Investment Trust and Consulting Regulations, the Certification of Qualification and Structured Products Salesman, the Certification of Life Insurance Salesman (including sales of foreign currency receipts and payments for noninvestment-type insurance eligibility test). This paper illustrates the case of Taiwan Cooperative Bank which let us discuss the the influence of financial professional certificates on the workplace. For the first-time job seekers to do the interviewing, people with more professional certifications have higher recruited opportunities and their initial salary would be hinger than others, especially for the international finacial certifications. The results strongly suggest the students to have more certifications to find their job in the future.
