協助皮革產業轉型產業文化館－以金革企業有限公司為例

政府於民國98年開始推動產業觀光輔導計畫，協助傳統產業轉型為觀光工廠或產業文化館，將觀光導向多元化的產業深度知識旅遊，有鑑於此，本研究將以金革企業有限公司作為研究對象，將設計思考導入並結合應用工具，透過完整的企劃及設計流程，將傳統的皮革產業成功轉型為產業文化館，協助其後續所有的軟硬體設施規劃並通過經濟部的評鑑認可。設計過程中所面臨最大的問題在於整體風格的導向及形式的訂定，其他必須注意的包含：1.業主所耗費之時間及資金，包含施工期間、材料選定、人事…2.評鑑文件審查的期程3.與業主確認稿件往來所耗費之時間…等諸多細項，反覆的溝通協調並以可行之替代方案滿足業主需求，達到雙方之條件。研究內容分為四個章節，第一章節為設計理念，說明整個研究的動機與目的及研究限制；第二章為國內外皮革相關觀光產業概述，說明國內外皮革產業概況及同性質產業分析；第三章金革企業設計規劃流程與設計執行，是本研究之主要章節，在一開始先解釋產業文化館評鑑內容及輔導項目，再將理論套用至設計規劃流程中，協助金革企業未來轉型所需之設計相關事物；第四章結論與建議是將設計規劃流程做檢討並提出解決方案，再針對印地安皮革創意工場的未來發展做說明，最後是針對規劃流程中所面臨之人事物做整體性的建議。

The government has been advocated assisting with industrial tourism since 2009, to assist conventional industries transforming into tourism factories or industry culture museums. To lead the tourism became the multicultural tourism. This proposal target on Golden Leather CO.,LTD. Through this proposal, which has designed a complete process and combined with design and appliances, we successfully transform the traditional leather industry into an industry culture museum including all the design for software and hardware, and help it pass through Ministry of Economic verification. The biggest problem through the process is to confirm the factory’s style and form, and otherwise we also have to concern about 1. The cost of time and money, including the materials and personnel. 2.Verification period. 3. Time for checking information and negotiating with the boss to make everything is acceptable. Four chapters are included in this proposal, which are Chapter 1: designing concept, explaining the intention, purpose and limitation of this proposal. Chapter 2: worldwide leather industry concept, stating the definition and current situation of leather industry and analyze same type of industry. Chapter 3: prime chapter of this proposal. Planning procedure about stating the verification subjects of industry culture museum and the introduction of application tools and design procedure, stating how to transform with the design procedure organized by this proposal and elaborating practices implementing process. Chapter 4: summary about future development of Indian leather creative factory and facing problems beside the design procedure and the solutions we find out.
