不同宗教信仰之志工人格特質對參與動機、組織承諾影響之研究

摘要


本研究旨要在了解有關不同宗教信仰之志工人格特質對參與動機、組織承諾影響之情形。本研究將宗教信仰分為道教、佛教、基督教、一貫道共四類,人格特質分為親和型、外向型、開放型、嚴謹型、神經質共五構面,參與動機分為利他動機、利己動機共兩構面,組織承諾分為情感性承諾、持續性承諾、規範性承諾共三構面,作以探討本研究之主要變項。在蒐集資料與資料分析方面,主要採取問卷調查法,問卷調查對象係為不同宗教信仰之志工,共發出200份問卷、回收200份(回收率100%),調查所得資料以SPSS18.0進行信度分析、描述性統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、複迴歸分析,再依據研究結論提出相關建議。研究結果表示:不同宗教信仰之志工在人格特質上具有顯著差異:部份成立;不同宗教信仰之志工在參與動機上具有顯著差異:部份成立;不同宗教信仰之志工在組織承諾上具有顯著差異:成立;宗教信仰之志工人格特質在參與動機有顯著影響:部份成立;宗教信仰之志工人格特質在組織承諾有顯著影響:部份成立。

The study aims at probing the impact of personality traits of volunteers with different religious beliefs on participation motives and organization commitments. It surveys four religious systems: Taoism, Buddhism, Christian, and IKT (I-Kuan-Tao, or otherwise spelled Yiguandao).The personality traits featured in the paper are the following five domains:openness to experience, conscientiousness, extraversion, agreeableness, neuroticism, also known as the Big Five Factors with an acronym of OCEAN. The motives of participation are of altruism and egoism, while the organization commitments include emotional, continuous, and normative facades, which are the main constituents of the study’s variants. The study is conducted through survey questionnaires, which are administered on volunteers with various religious beliefs. A total of 200 questionnaires are distributed, with 200 of them collected, which yields a collection rate of 100%, Collected resources are analyzed using SPSS 18.0, descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, the Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The findings based on the statistical methodologies are the following:Statistical significance exists among volunteers with different religious beliefs with regard to organization commitments. (Sustained);The personality traits of the volunteers are significantly correlated with their participation motives. (Partially sustained);The personality traits of the volunteers are significantly correlated with their organization commitments. (Partially sustained);The personality traits of the volunteers are significantly correlated with their organization commitments. (Partially sustained)
