女性露營者參與動機、休閒體驗與幸福感關聯之研究

本研究之目的在於瞭解女性露營者的參與動機、休閒體驗與幸福感現況，並檢驗參與動機、休閒體驗與幸福感的關聯性。本研究以女性露營者為研究對象，正式問卷以「參與動機量表」、「休閒體驗量表」、「幸福感量表」做為研究工具，電子問卷發放及回收211份，所得資料採用描述性統計、Pearson積差相關與單因子變異數分析檢驗各變項，最後進行驗證性因素分析(CFA)和結構方程式(SEM)的實證分析，並進一步探討參與動機，休閒體驗與幸福感的關係。研究結果顯示：一、女性露營者的參與動機以「參與露營是脫離城市環境、享受戶外生活」為最主要的動機；二、女性露營者的參與動機與休閒體驗之間具有正向關係；三、女性露營者參與動機中的「體驗自然」與「自我成長」與其幸福感呈現正相關的結果；四、女性露營者在露營活動休閒體驗的「行動體驗」、「感官體驗」、「思考體驗」對於幸福感有正向影響。

The purpose of this study was to explore the participation motivation, leisure experience and well-being of female campers, and to test whether their participation motivation and leisure experience have an impact on the well-being. The formal questionnaire will use the “Participation Motivation Scale”, “Leisure Experience Scale” and “Happiness Scale” as research tools, and collected 211 samples data by electronic questionnaire. We use the descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, ANOVA, the confirmatory factor analysis and the structural equation model to test the relationship between female campers’ participation motivation, leisure experience and well-being. The results indicated that :(1) The top participation motivation of female campers is to stay away from the city environment and enjoy outdoor natural life. (2) There is a positive relationship between the motivations and the leisure experience of female campers. (3) "Experience the nature" and "self-growth" in female campers' participation motivation are positively related to their well-being. (4) The "action experience", "sensory experience" and "thinking experience" of female campers in camping activities have a positive impact on their well-being.
