企業導入雲端運算管理決策之研究

本研究主要目的在探討企業導入雲端運算管理決策之研究。為達研究目的，首先經由文獻探討及分析，瞭解有關雲端運算及管理決策之相關理論，藉以建構本研究之理論基礎，再採用問卷調查法，進行本研究實徵部份的資料蒐集。本研究使用「企業導入雲端運算管理決策」之問卷為測量工具，並以我國企業300家，具資訊專業背景或資訊系統之決策人員為調查樣本，採用隨機抽樣方式。資料分析則採用次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、Pearson積差相關、單因子變異數分析及廻歸分析等統計方法予以考驗各項研究假設。經由資料統計分析後，本研究獲致如下之五點結論：一、企業導入雲端運算對網路安全具有顯著的正向影響。二、企業導入雲端運算對成本效益具有顯著的正向影響。三、企業導入雲端運算對工作績效具有顯著的正向影響。四、企業導入雲端運算對決策認同具有顯著的正向影響。五、企業導入雲端運算對工作績效構面影響最大。最後，針對研究發現與結論，分別就企業、推廣雲端產業有關單位及及後續研究等方面，提出建議事項，以作為企業導入雲端運算時整體考量之參考。

Main purpose of this study was to explore research into cloud computing management decisions of enterprises. It used "companies into cloud computing management decisions" of the questionnaire as a measurement tool and 300 enterprises in Taiwan, majored in information or information system decision makers as survey samples using random sampling. Data analysis used Frequency Distribution , Percentage, Means, Standard Deviation, Pear-son's Product-Moment Correlations, ANOVA and Regression Analysis and other statistical methods to test the research hypotheses. Through statistical analysis, the five conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.The companies into cloud computing had a significant positive impact on network security. 2.The enterprise into cloud computing had a significant positive impact on cost-effectiveness. 3.Business into cloud computing had a significant positive impact on work performance. 4.Cloud computing, Enterprise import recognition had a significant positive impact on decision-making. 5.Performance dimensions, import of cloud computing to work the most. Finally, according to study findings and conclusions, which on the enterprise, promoting clouds and follow-up research and industrial units, and so on, and recommendations to serve as a reference in cloud computing enterprises imported whole take into account.
