台中市農會信用部績效評估－資料包絡分析法之應用

The Performance Evaluation of the Credit Department of Farmers’ Associations in Taichung City: An Application of Data Envelopment Analysis

摘要

本研究主要利用Färe et al. (1994)生產面Malmquist生產力指數（tfpch）來評估台中市農會信用部的生產效率與生產力，Malmquist生產力指數（tfpch）再細分為技術效率變動指數（effch）、技術變動指數（techch）、純技術效率變動指數（pech）與規模效率變動指數（sech）。
在2013-2015年間，台中市農會信用部的管理無效率是造成農會信用部生產技術無效率的主要來源。台中市農會信用部生產力指數effch、techch、pech、sech、tfpch 平均值分別為1.0028，1.0009，1.0007，1.0021及1.0037。表示台中市農會信用部的生產面生產力tfpch有0.37% 的提升。

The study adopts the method of Malmquist Productivity Index (tfpch) developed by Färe et al. (1994) to estimate production efficiency and productivity for Credit Department of Farmers’ Associations in Taichung City. Malmquist Productivity Index (tfpch) includes technical efficiency change (effech), technical change (techch), pure technical efficiency change (pech) and scale efficiency change (sech).
From 2013 to 2015, the inefficient management of Credit Department of Farmers’ Associations in Taichung City majorly effects production inefficiency. The average values of productivity index, effect, techch, pech, sech and tfpch, are 1.0028, 1.0009, 1.0007, 1.0021 and 1.0037 respectively. It indicates that the tfpch productivity index of Credit Department of Farmers’ Associations in Taichung City has increased about 0.37%.
