桃園地區路邊停車費率對使用率之研究

都會區地狹人稠，規劃不盡理想，路邊停車區位不足加上建築法規不夠完善，建築物附設停車空間之標準偏低且違規使用情形普遍，造成民眾困擾與不便；而解決停車問題的根本之道乃必須透過完整的停車供需比與價格訂定分析和探討，才能確實的掌握停車需求之現況與需要改善的地方。本研究為解決路邊停車供需失衡狀況及提高路邊停車週轉率，針對桃園地區路邊停車問題為研究範圍，以汽車之使用者為研究對象，在停車需求面的問題上，透過問卷調查與普洛比模式之應用分析適合都會區路邊停車其最適價格。最後，依研究結果提出結論與建議，以供費率制訂、改善依據及後續研究之參考。

The huge amount of populations in urban area results in the deficiency of curb parking space, and not to mention the defective building code also causes such situation. The residents has been bothered by lack of parking space provide by the buildings and illegal parking, therefore it is necessary to solve the parking problem through better supply-demand ratio and pricing system that hopefully would improve the current status. In order to solving the unbalance supply-demand ratio of curb parking and increasing the ratio of turnover in Tao yen district, this dissertation focuses on car users whose demand of parking space will be analyzed by questionnaires which apply Probit Model to calculate a most appropriate price for urban areas. And also, it will accord to the result to suggest the pricing and improvement for the future research.
