The huge amount of populations in urban area results in the deficiency of curb parking space, and not to mention the defective building code also causes such situation. The residents has been bothered by lack of parking space provide by the buildings and illegal parking, therefore it is necessary to solve the parking problem through better supply-demand ratio and pricing system that hopefully would improve the current status. In order to solving the unbalance supply-demand ratio of curb parking and increasing the ratio of turnover in Tao yen district, this dissertation focuses on car users whose demand of parking space will be analyzed by questionnaires which apply Probit Model to calculate a most appropriate price for urban areas. And also, it will accord to the result to suggest the pricing and improvement for the future research.
