小型學校辦公室環境設計使用後評估—
以南投縣國姓鄉為例

南投因為地形、環境的關係全境小學林立，共有一百五十五所小學，其中七成為七班以下之小學校，其所占的比例不可謂不小。小型學校各處室採合併設置，如何在這方寸間運用視覺設計來營造工作氛圍提升行政效能是本研究所欲探究的重點。本研究透過「使用後評估」中的直接觀察與個人深度訪談作為研究方法，以921地震後南投縣國姓鄉新建小型學校為對象，針對空間設計、基礎設施、氛圍因素、公共空間等四個方面設置現況做紀錄，並利用深度訪談的方式來瞭解辦公室現況空間中的問題。透過彙整分析辦公室設計現況與實際效用，發覺辦公空間的使用問題，並對辦公室規劃與使用者做出建議，以期運用空間及視覺設計為教師提供優質辦公環境。由於學校辦公室空間設計相關研究缺乏，為求得更完善的辦公室規劃程序與解決方法，後續可與其他縣市同樣為小型學校所規劃而成的辦公室空間作比較研究，也可就1.國內建築技術探討2.經費分配問題3.色彩規劃4.後續維護問題，等研究主題，來作為辦公室規劃之探討主題。

Due to the relation of geography and environment, Nantou has 155 elementary schools all around the county. 70% of them are small-scale elementary school. That’s a great proportion. Small-scale elementary school have to combine their departments. The key point of this research is to make a better working atmosphere in the small place and even promote government efficiency with visual design. This research uses the direct observation and deep interview in “post-occupancy evaluation” as research methods. Take new-built small-scale elementary school in Nantou after 921 earthquake as objects, we aim at taking the records of the setups of the space design, infrastructure, atmosphere factor, public space. Besides, we use deep interview to realize the problems of the office public spaces usage. Through conclusion and analysis of the office design and real effectiveness, we discover the usage problems of the office spaces, and give advices to the office design and the users. For the lack of the relating school office spacedesign, we search for a better office design procedure and solution. So that we can do comparative research with the same office space designed for small-scale elementary school in other counties. We propose the research topics as the discussing ones for office design. 1.The discussion of native building techniques. 2.The problems of the budget distribution. 3.The color design. 4.The problem of the following repair.
