工作價值觀是個人用於從事工作時,據以評斷有關工作事物、行為或目標的持久性信念與標準,受到個人經驗和文化背景的混合影響,不但會影響其工作意願或目標,並進而影響其努力程度與工作表現;而組織承諾之高低代表個人心理上對組織的認同與投入程度,因此透過工作價值觀與組織承諾的相關研究,可探討出組織變革的環境中個人特質、工作價值觀及組織承諾之傾向,俾提供政策制定單位決策之參考,達到組織事前控制的功能。 本研究根據研究動機、研究目的及文獻探討分析後,提出研究架構,採抽樣方式實施,計取得178份有效問卷,再經由統計套裝軟體SPSS進行假設檢定分析,經實證發現,部分個人屬性不同,對「工作價值觀」及「組織承諾」有顯著差異;「工作價值觀」對「組織承諾」部分變項具有顯著影響關係。 依本研究結論對管理實務面提出下列建議:(一)、在精進案推行下,國軍主財人員持續精簡,各單位人力運用及管理上更應妥適處理。(二)、充分與員工溝通,尤應重視員工升遷機會,降低不確定的負面影響。(三)、掌握員工動向及專長能力,提升對組織目標達成認同度。
