本研究期望藉由現役軍人的觀點,探討目前職業軍人的職場特性及教育訓練,對於未來職涯轉換的信心之相關影響,以提供業管教育訓練單位及現役軍人之參考。本研究以問卷調查法,抽樣方式採用分層抽樣方式,回收有效問卷共223份,將問卷調查所得結果,對本研究各項假設,進行資料分析與處理。所採用之統計方法包括因素分析、差異性分析、相關分析及迴歸分析。 本研究分析結果如后:(一)不同個人背景變項的職業軍人對軍中職場特性的看法有明顯的差異。(二)不同個人背景變項的職業軍人對軍中教育訓練的看法有明顯的差異。(三)不同個人背景變項的職業軍人對將來轉職信心有明顯的差異。(四)軍中職場特性對職業軍人的職場轉換信心有明顯的影響。(五)軍中教育訓練在職場特性對職場轉換信心的影響力中具有調節作用。
Based on the perspectives of active military personnel, this study would explore the professional soldier’s workplace features, education and training, and the relevant influence on their confidence in future career transitions, and to provide references for army's management education and training units and active military personnel. This study uses questionnaire survey method and the sampling method adopts stratified sampling method. A total of 223 valid questionnaires were collected. The data were used to analyze the hypotheses of this research for factor analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The analysis results of the study are as follow: (1)Professional soldiers with different personal backgrounds have differencent views on the workplace features in the military.(2) Professional soldiers with different personal backgrounds have differencent opioions on military education and training.(3)Professional soldiers with different personal backgrounds have different views in the confidence of future career transfers.(4)The workplace features of the military have a significant impact on the career transition confidence of professional soldiers.(5)The on job education and training in the military play a moderating role in the influence of workplace features on career transition confidence.
