越南的經濟自從改革開放後,由於人口年輕、勞力充足、工作勤奮, 吸引大量外資進入,雖然在2008 年經歷了全球性的金融海嘯, 仍然維持 高度的GDP 成長,是台商繼中國之外最集中的投資區域,更是下一個重要 的世界工廠。 本研究為探討越南台資企業與越南大專院校產學合作的可能性,透過 整理美、日、台的產學合作概況及障礙, 探討越南高等教育及產學合作的 現況。本研究採用質性研究的焦點團體訪談法,企業與學校透過團體討論, 充分地表達各自在產學合作上的見解與合作經驗, 與如何建立跨國產學合 作模式的想法。透過會議記錄,分析與整理企業與學校合作的關鍵成功因 素,最後提出三種跨國產學合作模式,分別是( 1)應屆畢業生之就業合作; ( 2) 企業實習合作; ( 3) 專屬課程合作。 產學合作是結合學校的專業知識和企業的生產經驗, 提升人員素質、 生產技術與研發能力,以期為企業、學校、學生三方帶來助益,最後給予 企業未來在越南執行產學合作之建議。
The main purpose of this study is to analyze the feasibility for a Taiwanese company in Vietnam to collaborate with Vietnamese universities and colleges. History, characteristics and limitations for industry-academic collaborations in US, Japan and Taiwan were reviewed. Focus group interview methodology was applied in this study. Participa nts’ id eas , suggestions, experiences and concerns on various collaboration models were fully exchanged in group discussions. Meeting minutes were fully analyzed and the key factors that may influence this internat ional collaboration were extracted. Three collaboration models were proposed: Graduate Recruitment, Internship during Semester, and Customized Courses. Finally, some suggestions were given to those enterprises who are interested in forming industry-academic collaborations in Vietnam.
