「神話」–創意配飾設計

作者曾透過旅遊，對古希臘神話產生好奇，在旅遊現場所見所聞，關於神話的場景，在心靈產生莫大震盪，因此引發一些創意思維。繼而在探討神話故事時，對神話中的女神形象，帶著極為特殊的情感並聚集在希臘「女神」一詞，因而衍生的創作發想。本創作從一張靜態的圖畫，從其意涵豐富的象徵，美感的條件與呈現，例如光線、色彩、主題、背景、象徵物件等，判讀出具有象徵的意義，藉此瞭解與建構圖中的人物特性與美學元素，從而融合自我創造性的表現。創作元素乃擷取希臘神話意象，以現代坊間廣為流傳的緞帶花技法，作為設計的基礎媒材觀察，並透過現今流行婚紗的禮服配色，探討古今中外流傳的髮飾品，發現緞帶布艷麗色彩，最受婚紗界廣泛使用，乃因為緞面材質搭配能創造出婚紗禮服的時代感。作者因此將神話女神形象、象徵物件相關文獻，加以整理與歸納，應用於實際的技法上，並借鏡異文化中的知識，及以現有的技法結合與變化，產生出不同的效果與可能性。本創作利用緞帶花飾部分，手縫皺褶立體的效果創作符合主題緞帶花配飾品。期望為傳統織帶業，注入新的生命元素，提供更多商業用途，給喜愛配飾創作者，提供另一種素材選擇思維為緞帶賦予新的創作生命。作者在探索神話相關文獻時，發覺造型工作者的前身，在遠古時期乃大祭司一職，具有相當使命感幫助人們，帶有改頭換面、重生的重要職責。因此造型工作者，正與大祭司的形象、使命彷彿不謀而合，亦帶著顧客的需求，提供顧客各種客製化主題，在髮型配飾與配件上提供顧客，並創造新的工作領域，與大祭司為人們改頭換面，並且重生的意義相當，也讓作者在此一創作呈現上，感到某種隱喻的關連性。
