動態微型創業機制、營運利基與銷貨調節之研究

摘要

本研究探討所調查人口統計變項對創業的互相關係，並探討動態微型創業機制、營運利基與銷貨調節之研究。本研究專題以動態微型創業者做為研究樣本，並使用問卷調查法，回收有效問卷350份，使用SPSS統計軟體分析，並進行百分比分析、信度、效度分析、相關分析法、變異數分析法、迴歸分析等。經由探討後得知以下五點結論 : (一)銷貨調節對創業機制具有顯著正向關係存在。(二)創業機制對營運利基具有顯著正向關係存在。(三)銷貨調節變數對營運利基變數之間具有顯著正向關係存在。(四)創業機制對銷貨調節與營運利基之間具有中介關係存在。(五)不同的人口統計變數在銷貨調節、創業機制與營運利基變數之間具有顯著性差異。

This study explores the interrelationship between the surveyed demographic variables and entrepreneurship, and explores the dynamic micro-entrepreneurship mechanism, operational niche and sales regulation. This research topic used dynamic micro-entrepreneurs as a research sample, and used the questionnaire survey method to recover 350 valid questionnaires, using SPSS statistical software analysis, and performing percentage analysis, reliability, validity analysis, correlation analysis, and variance analysis. Law, regression analysis, etc. After the discussion, we had find the following five conclusions: (1) The sales regulation had a significant positive relationship with the entrepreneurial mechanism. (2) The entrepreneurial mechanism had a significant positive relationship with the operating niche. (3) There was a significant positive relationship between the sales adjustment variables and the operational niche variables. (4) The entrepreneurial mechanism had an intermediary relationship between the sales regulation and the operating niche. (5) Different demographic variables had significant differences between sales regulation, entrepreneurial mechanisms and operational niche variables.
