青年族群對於旅遊的需求與日遽增且其旅遊市場具有很大的成長空間,時下流行的打工度假可提供青年朋友憑自己的勞動工作付出,換取異國體驗的一個良好機會。本研究採用個別深度訪談、焦點團體訪談法,輔以現場觀察的方式,探討日本打工度假者之後遊憩體驗及心流體驗內涵,並以三角檢測法檢測其信、效度。研究結果發現:(一)到日本打工度假者的體驗內涵主要體現於體驗階段和經驗學習與成長階段。在體驗當中,最讓日本打工度假者印象深刻的是生活經驗和文化體驗;經驗學習與成長主要反映在受訪者內在思維觀念的轉變。(二) 受訪者在日本打工度假過程中,所有發生的體驗都是圍繞著各種不同的「人」產生的,先與人有情感交流與互動,產生印象深刻的經驗,然後帶來學習與成長。(三) 在後遊憩體驗當中,要瞭解受訪者的心流情形,採取焦體團體訪談的方式較佳。(四)在後遊憩體驗心流情形中,全神貫注與忘卻焦慮與沮喪是最容易觀察且清晰的特質。(五) 在焦點團體訪談中,當受訪者專注於討論話題的過程當中,可能會產生同時符合「忘卻焦慮與沮喪」與「失去自我意識」的新心流元素。
Youth groups and day for the dramatic increase in tourism demand and its tourism market has great room for growth, the popular working holiday to provide young people with work to pay their labor in exchange for a good opportunity to experience the exotic. This study aimed to explore the Past-Flow Experience on Taiwanese Working Holiday Makers in Japan. The data was collected by the methods of in-depth interview, focus group interviews and field observation . Research found that: (Ⅰ) The Past Recreation Experience were reflected mainly in Experience phase and Experience learning and growth phases. In Experience phase, the participants most unforgettable thing were cultural experience; experience of learning and growth phases,mainly reflected in the inner thought transformation. (Ⅱ) When the participants in Japan, their's experience was built around a variety of different "person". They through communication and interaction with people produce impressive experience , finally, the experience bring to their learning and growth. (Ⅲ) If you want to deep understand the participants of Past- flow experence, focus group interview approach better. (Ⅳ) In the Past-flow experience,"concentration on the task at hand" and "forgot the anxious and depressed" were the easiest character of observation and clear. (Ⅴ) In the focus group interviews, when participants focused on the discussion, may produce qualify for "forget anxiety and frustration" and "lose your sense of self" of the new flow elements.
