護理人員工作繁重瑣碎且需三班輪班工作,隨時暴露在職業傷害的機會中。本研究的目的是瞭解護理人員職業傷害現況及探討輪班作業與職業傷害的相關性。採結構式問卷調查某醫學中心之護理人員806位,資料以描述性統計、t-test、卡方檢定(Chi-square)、羅吉斯迴歸分析(Logistic regression)處理。研究發現85.4%的護理人員在過去一年內發生過職業傷害,其中以工作壓力最多,其次是人體工學性損傷與清潔尖銳物割刺傷。整體而言,年輕者、工作年資資淺者、認為預防職業傷害課程幫助性低者比較容易發生職業傷害。固定白班及不用輪班者職業傷害發生率較低;而小夜、大夜輪班者職業傷害發生率較高。本研究對護理人員輪班與職業傷害相關性及職業傷害做整體性的評估,期可作為研擬出具體因應對策之參考。
Due to heavy workload and must being in shifts work, clinical nurses expose in different occupational hazards easily. The purpose of this study is was to investigate the status of nurses in occupational hazards and relevance with rotating work shift. A structural questionnaire was distributed to 806 nurses of a central Taiwan medical center, and descriptive statistics, t-test, Chi-square and logistic regression were applied to analyze the data. The major finding of this study indicated that 85.4% of sampled nurses had experienced occupational hurts within one year; felt pressure during work, ergonomics injury and stabbed by needle or knife when cleaning after used were the top three on the list. In a whole, younger and junior nurse who ignore the on job training of occupational hazard prevention courses were vulnerable to occupational hurt. Compared with the evening-shift nurse and night-shift nurse, day-shift nurse and fixed-shift nurse experienced lower incidence rate of occupational injury. The findings of this study established the relationship between the influence of rotating shift work and occupational hazard to nurse; wish can provide useful data for making effective injury prevention policy.
