社區健康促進市場之研究:從物業管理者的觀點

摘要


健康是人類生存活動的最基本條件,有健康才有工作與生活,是幸福快樂的必要條件。本研究的目的,旨在透過社區住戶需求調查方式,以探討社區住戶對自覺健康狀況,健康促進的需求內容,消費意願,消費模式及對消費行為的影響因子等進行分析,提供社區物業管理者生活服務的參考。研究結果為社區住戶在個人體力、體能、防止老化等自覺性下,住戶對健康促進的需求甚為殷切。物業管理者可提供不同健康促進類型活動套餐給社區住戶自行擇。

Health is the most essential to the life of human being . It is the necessity for the need of happiness, labor and life.The aim of this study is to investigate the self-conscious of conditions ,the need of health promotions,will of consumptions,model of consumptions and behavior of consumptions by surveying the requirement of community inhabitants.This study will provide the property management company with the consultation for daily life services. In light of the investigation, the community inhabitants demand strongly the health promotions based on the conscious of physical conditions and anti-aging.The property management company could supply the varied schemes of health promotion to the community inhabitants.
