節慶活動遊憩體驗與遊憩效益之探討

摘要


本研究以旅遊成本法對參與節慶活動遊客進行遊憩體驗與遊憩效益分析,在截斷Poisson、截斷負二項、現場Poisson三種模型下分別考量兩個替代地點,並以工資率的四分之一計算遊憩時間的機會成本,而以最大概似法分析影響遊憩效益之相關因素,最後利用消費者剩餘的觀念求出節慶活動遊憩效益。 研究結果顯示,遊客對遊憩認知體驗愈明瞭,消費者剩餘並不會愈高。而消費者剩餘以現場Poisson為最佳,並且消費者剩餘介於10,673元至11,981元之間。而節慶活動總遊憩效益為43億2千萬元至48億5千萬之間。

The research applies travel cost method to analysis recreational experience and recreational benefits for the tourists who attending special event. The research was compared with two substitute places in truncated Poisson, truncated negative binominal and on-site Poisson model. Besides, it count opportunity cost of recreational time by 1/4 wage rate, and analysis the relative factors which effect the recreational benefits by Maximum likelihood estimation. Finally, the research derived the recreational benefits of special event from consumer surplus. The results reveal that higher recreational experience by tourists doesn’t get higher customer surplus. The consumer surplus which was estimated by on-site Poisson is better, and it is among NT$10,673 and NT$11,981. The totally recreational benefit of the special event is among NT$4.32 billion and NT$4.85 billion.
