影響鄉村社區總體營造因素之研究－以南投縣魚池鄉大雁村澀水社區為例

摘要

本研究以南投縣魚池鄉大雁村澀水社區的社區總體營造經驗為基礎，蒐集過去的社區總體營造相關文獻資料，推究其主要影響因素，以澀水社區居民為對象進行問卷設計與調查。本研究發出問卷120份，回收之有效問卷共81份，回收率為62.50％。問卷回收後以次數分配、百分比、項目分析、變異數分析，對資料作分析及陳述解釋，了解推動鄉村社區總體營造主要影響因素與推行社造後居民的滿意度。
本研究結果主要發現如下：
一、影響鄉村社區總體營造的因素，可歸納為：（一）人力資源因素；（二）景觀環境因素；（三）鄉村產業因素；（四）社區學習因素；（五）社區健康因素；（六）文化傳承因素等六個構面。
二、影響因素的重要性，由高至低依序為：「社區健康」、「景觀環境」、「文化傳承」、「鄉村產業」、「人力資源」、「社區學習」。
三、社造後的滿意度，由高至低依序為：「景觀環境」、「人力資源」、「文化傳承」、「鄉村產業」、「社區學習」、「社區健康」。

The study is based on integrated community development experience of Sher Suei Community of Dayan Village, Yuchi Shiang, Nantou County. Past literatures related to integrated community development were collected to study the main affecting factors, and questionnaires were designed and performed against residents of Sher Suei Community. We sent out 120 questionnaires and received 81 valid responses, and the return rate was 62.50%. To understand main affecting factors of integrated community development and resident satisfaction after execution, the results were analyzed by frequency distribution, percentage, item analysis and variance analysis and explained.
The main outcomes are as follows:
1. The factors affecting integrated community development concluded are: i) human resource factor; ii) landscape and environment factor; iii) country industry factor; iv) community learning factor; v) community health factor; vi) culture inheriting factor.
2. The affecting factors being most important to least important are: community health, landscape and environment, culture inheriting, country industry, human resource, and community learning.
3. The items being most satisfying after community development to least satisfying are: landscape and environment, human resource, culture inheriting, country industry, community learning, and community health.
