社區與生態旅遊整合發展關鍵因素之研究－以屏東縣滿州鄉里德社區為例

摘要

里德社區為社區與生態旅遊整合發展之成功例子，其發展與輔導在地生態旅遊，活化社區組織，並培育當地居民成為解說員，透過生態旅遊的發展讓在地居民有固定收入，且讓遊客能夠體驗欣賞里德自然資源，本研究欲透過文獻整理與統合，找出里德社區在發展生態旅遊成功之關鍵因素，期望找出社區與生態旅遊整合發展的關鍵因素，供其他社區作參考。結果顯示前7名之指標多落在「社區發展共識」、「社區參與」與「社區組織整合」構面上，而社區與生態旅遊整合發展應先著重「社區居民發展共識」方能順利推動生態旅遊之進行，以達到社區發展生態旅遊之永續發展。建議社區定期與居民聚會更新社區生態旅遊資訊，並多培育新血，鼓勵青年投入社區產業與社區組織活動，加強居民間的向心力。建議政府後續研究能從不同領域與文化背景研究社區發展整合生態旅遊之範例，以增加研究完整性。

Ride Community is a successful example of the integrated development of community and ecotourism. It develops local ecotourism, activates community organizations, and cultivates local residents to become commentator. Through the development of ecotourism in Lide, local residents have a fixed income and allow visitors can experience and appreciate the natural resources of Ride. The study intends to find out the key factors for the success of the Ride community in the development of ecotourism through document collection and integration, and to find out the key factors for the integrated development of the community and ecotourism for reference by other communities. The results show that the top 7 indicators mostly are dimensions of "community development consensus", "community participation" and "community organization integration". The integrated development of community and ecotourism should first focus on "community residents development consensus" to achieve the sustainable development of eco-tourism in the community. It is recommended that the community regularly gather with residents to update community eco-tourism information, and cultivate young member to participate in community industry and community organization activities. It is suggested that the government can study the example of community development and integration of ecotourism from different fields to increase the completeness of the research.
