利用RFID 作客戶產品維修服務

摘要


公司對維修產品的管理一直無法有效率的管理,但如今由於RFID 技術的演變,使得對產品的狀況訊息得知更容易更快速,縮短處理時間並且更加有效率。利用RFID技術與關聯性資料庫結合,規劃一個維修管理流程,此流程運用RFID的即時性與標籤可讀寫的特性,並透過資料庫與管理程式判別是否有存放物品存在,達到易於管理的目的,除了可以達到商品資訊透明化,加強與客戶間的信任之外,還可改善庫存管理模式、交易週期。

All schools would have asset management requirement and the purpose is to satisfy the present asset management and deployment. Therefore the asset management is always emphasized by most of schools. By using the characteristics of RFID technology, schools can manage the equipments easier. It is expected that the managing staff can obtain more convenience by implementing the system, and spend less time to process the tedious and complicated asset inventory. By utilizing the PDA to read and integrating the RFID technology with the related database, an asset management flow can be planned. By using the characteristic of instant accessing and read-write capability of RFID, Inventory count can be carried out in wide area. In addition, by integrating Database with asset management program, one can find out any goods that have too long storage time or will soon pass the expired date. Therefore, it is expected to achieve the purpose that the equipment and asset will be easily managed.
