本研究藉由RFID技術的特性,來達到管理貨品的庫存時間以減少滯銷品的產生,改進因商品滯留造成的影響,減輕進出貨管理的工作負荷。利用RFID技術與關聯性資料庫結合,規劃一個庫存管理流程,此流程運用RFID的即時性與標籤可讀寫的特性,在倉庫進行區域性的盤點工作,並透過資料庫與庫存管理程式判別是否有存放過久或即將到期的滯銷商品存在。 透過系統模擬方式,改進傳統的存貨管理只能作批次庫存管理的缺點,使用RFID的特性同時作大量的庫存管理,並可由TAG的讀寫控制商品的存貨日期,建立有效的倉儲物品變動管理方式,即時確保貨品受到集中管理;有效的防止商品老化並形成滯銷物品,只需很少的人力來做即時反應;每項貨品不需在進出貨時逐一確認,有效的減輕進出貨管理的工作負荷;縮減產品的存貨成本。
This research is inventory storage management by using Radio Frequency Identification (RFID); reduce the production and effect of inventory storage aging. The whole system is processed by using RFID technology to combine with the related database, and then using RFID reader to read and written the data from TAG, and next carring on the regional work of making an inventory in the warehouse, and finally differentiating the existence of the unsalable goods through the database and application program. We have improved the traditional inventory management that can only make the batch homework , and use the characteristic of RFID to do a large amount of stock control at the same time and to controll the stock date of the goods by TAG. The result of the system outcome can guarantee that the goods will receive centralized management at any time, and prevent the poor seller from producing; only need little manpower to react immediately, lighten working load and reduce the stock cost.
