能力成熟度整合模式(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI)是以軟體流程為基礎所建立的,主要是用來改善軟體開發機構的內部開發流程,以及提昇軟體品質的指標,因此,CMMI是供高階管理者管理組織軟體流程能力改善的工具。 本研究將應用田口方法(Taguchi Method)於CMMI連續式表述模式中的專案管理類之專案規劃(Project Planning, PP)流程領域能力度等級2(Capibility Level 2)的部份,進一步將專案規劃所定義之各項特定目標及特定執行方法透過田口方法的實驗設計法來做一完整地規劃導入,藉以提昇實行專案規劃流程領域時的一致性。 此外,本研究應用魚骨圖的表示法選擇其中較具代表性之執行方法,再以田口方法的控制因子水準表來做量化的評定,並運用直交表及S/N比等方法得到相關的實驗結果。此研究成果將可做為國內軟體業未來在導入CMMI時之參考。
Capability Maturity Model Integration is established based on software development processes. CMMI is mainly applied to improve the development processes of the software development organizations, and to enhance the software quality indicators. Therefore, CMMI is a tool providing the senior managers to manage the software process improvement in an organization. This research applies Taguchi Method to the Project Planning (PP) Process Area of CMMI in continuous representation, which is in the Capability Level 2 of CMMI. Furthermore, the experiment design using Taguchi Method is employed to the Specific Goals and Specific Practices of Project Planning to improve the consistency of the implementation of project planning. In addition, Fishbone Diagram is used to select the most representative practices, and control factor level table of Taguchi Method is applied to do quantitative assessment, and orthogonal arrays and S/N ratio are employed to obtain the related experiment results. This research can be a useful reference for software development organizations adopting CMMI in the future.
