隨著市場的國際化,升降設備製造商已不再處於強勢的地位,同時也因為我國加入WTO,市場的開放,逐漸轉而成為消費者導向,生產者必須要提供品質優良及價格低廉的產品,來吸引消費者的購買。為了能夠降低成本及提高利潤,縮短產品的生產作業流程、時間,對製造廠商是一項重要的目標。 本研究應用能力成熟度整合模式(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI)及效用分析與失效模式,導入升降設備的流程改善,並藉由專案監控模式,以改善目前的缺失,持續不斷地改善。經由模擬驗證後發現,透過CMMI的導入,及結合效用分析與失效模式,可以有效改善監控生產作業流程,亦可做為採購者評估供應廠商的能力與組織成熟度的標準,以及廠商提升產品發展流程管理水準的參考。
With the continuous progress of the society, lift equipment manufacturers are no longer dominating the elevator market. After participating the WTO, the market (in Taiwan) has become more open than ever and consumer-oriented. Therefore, the manufacturers have to provide high quality and low price products to attract consumers. Shortening the process and time of production has become a critical issue for the manufacturers trying to lower the budget and raise the profit. This research involves the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and the failure mode and effectiveness analysis in refining the process of manufacturing lift equipments. Hopefully, the defect of the process can be improved by applying the project monitoring model. After the experimental simulation, it is proved that the process can be monitored and improved effectively by applying the CMMI and the FMEA. Furthermore, the CMMI can also be adopted by the buyers as the standard to evaluate the abilities and organizational maturity of the providers. Finally, the results of this research can be a good reference for improving the product development process management as well.
