摘要

高齡者常因為生理機能退化，導致活動力明顯不足，因而在飲食上吃得東西變少，造成日常飲食品質或均衡上的問題。本論文針對如何利用RFID記錄高齡者之日常飲食習慣，建立長期飲食記錄，提供給醫師長期、連續的飲食監測資料。我們採用無線網路方式，將PDA裝上RFID CF Card Reader，透過Wi-Fi無線通訊的方式將資料(Tag ID)傳回資料庫。藉此長期日常飲食記錄，從中找出飲食習慣微妙改變，及早發現生理機能衰退及可能疾病發生之關連性，實現早期診斷和早期治療。期能降低醫療成本以及社會成本。家庭環境中的各個場所對於健康監測而言皆有獨特性，主要集中於智慧型冰箱，來監測高齡者的日常飲食記錄。

The insufficient of daily life activities of elderly people who suffer chronic diseases or degradation of physical condition might link to the simplification of daily diet and therefore lead to the diet imbalance. This paper describes how the RFID smart refrigerator could be utilized to collect elder’s long term diet habits as reference for doctor’s continuous and long-term diagnosis.
The refrigerator installed a PDA with RFID CF card reader onto the inside of the refrigerator. Once the tag-attached foods were removed out of the refrigerator、tag ID of the correspondent food would be read by the reader and instantly transmitted to the access point、by the Wi-Fi communication technique、linking to the internet and stored into the database of a server.
With the help of recording the long-term and delicate changing of diet habit、we can possibly reach the goal of early detection、early prevention、early treatment for better quality of health life by finding the correlation between nutrition and disease through the analysis of diet habit. The healthcare and social costs could therefore be reduced.
