影響U化健康照護系統使用意願因素

The Causes of Intentions to Apply the U Healthcare System

摘要

本研究目的在於探討現在的民眾對於U化健康照護的瞭解程度、需求取向，以及接受此項服務的影響因素。在282份的問卷中，依人口學與社會經濟因素、U化健康照護的認知以及目前使用健康醫療的情形或面對的問題等三層面進行分析，並採用邏輯迴歸分析(logistic regression)瞭解自變項與依變項之間的影響。研究結果顯示，有202人(71.6%)願意花每個月1000元以下支付U化健康照護的服務；166個31~40歲的人(58.9%)覺得家裡老人需要健康醫療的服務；264個人(93.3%)就診習慣是人不舒服才就醫；267個人(94.3％)家裡有網路；覺得上網方便可以及時得到自己想要的醫療訊息或諮詢有251個人（89％）；155個人(30.1%)由電視此管道得到醫療資源的訊息。研究分析大多數人需要完善的健康醫療服務，但相關的政策卻因推廣不夠普遍，造成民眾一知半解，建議相關單位應藉由多元化管道讓民眾更瞭解U化健康照護的內容並可訂定相關的配套措施鼓勵民眾使用。

This study seeks to explore public’s understanding of Ubiquitous Healthcare, needs of the service, and the influential factors of accepting the service. By means of logistic regression, we can find the relationship between the variables among 282 questionnaires based on demography and socioeconomic factors, Ubiquitous Healthcare cognition, and the conditions or the problems of the health care in the present day. The study shows that (1) 202 persons (about 71.6%) are willing to spend below one thousand dollars to pay for Ubiquitous Healthcare; (2) 166 persons at the age of 31 to 35(about 58.9%) think that senior citizens need Ubiquitous Healthcare; (3) 264 persons (about 93.3%) are in the habit of seeing a doctor when they feel uncomfortable; (4) 267 persons (94.3%) have the Internet at home and 251 persons (about 89%) feel that it is very convenient to make good use of the Internet to find the medical information or the health counseling; and (5) 155 persons (about 30.1%)get the information of health care through televisions. The study shows that almost everyone needs complete healthcare service; however, people know a smattering of Ubiquitous Healthcare because some related policies were not popularized. To let more people have better understanding of Ubiquitous Healthcare, the government departments concerned should spread it by more efficient ways and should pass related complementary measures to encourage the public to use it.
