利用RFID和Barcode建構藥品庫存管理系統–以醫院為例

摘要


目前醫療院所之藥品管理系統普遍還是採購人員以人工方式進行藥品進貨出貨,進貨時核對藥品數量,完畢之後再將資料輸入電腦的資料中,藥局請領藥品,也是以人工方式處理出貨,再輸入電腦資料。繁雜的進出貨程序,導致可能需要多請庫管人員來掌控藥庫,這樣一來不僅增加人事成本之負擔,而電腦資料也常常因為人為疏失而導致藥品進貨數與入庫數資料不符、庫存不準確等。 如果沒有上級主管來核對庫存資料,院方則無法精準統計藥品庫存現況,將會造成一些虧空。 本研究是希望提昇醫院藥品管理人員入庫及出庫之工作效率。藉由RFID標籤結合Barcode及後端資料庫系統整合,可以及時提供藥品資訊,包括藥品廠商、庫存管理、藥品存放時間提示、安全存量管理、藥品存放位置、透過電腦系統處理自動產生訂貨單、利用RFID標籤的讀取與資料處理,所採購的藥品將會自動記錄至資料庫中,並產生進貨單。利用該系統採購人員不需先清點藥品再來輸入進貨單據,減省人力處理藥品進出貨資料,大幅提高工作效率。藥品進貨時記錄藥品進貨日期提示,可控制藥品先進先出,以降低藥品過期之成本浪費。

At present, the medicine management systems of the medical institutes most carry out manually the medicine receipt/shipping, and quantity check of receipt medicines, which is then input into the computer. This situation also happens in the drugstores during receiving or returning transactions of medicines. Miscellaneous receipt/shipping procedures of inventory goods result in requiring more warehouse people to manage the warehouse, and therefore increase the personnel cost burden; it also cause inaccurate inventory, and receipt not accorded with shipping items due to human being negligence. Without audited by the executives of higher authorities, the hospitals cannot accurately present the status of the medicine inventory, which will cause finance loss. The main purpose of this research is to promote the working efficiency of the hospital medicine administrative staff, carrying out the in/out transactions to database. By integrating RFID tags, bar-code labels, and back-end database, it can offer the real-time medicine information, such as medicine manufacturers, inventory control, expire date of medicines, safe stock management, and locations of medicines, so that the computer system will automatically produce a purchase order, then the purchased medicines will be automatically recorded into the database, and finally a purchase receipt will be generated. By utilize this system, the purchase personnel do not need to check medicines first, and then input the purchase document to improve the working efficiency tremendously due to the reduction of manpower to process medicine receipt/shipping. By recording the receiving date of medicines, it can control the first-in first-out of medicines to reduce the overdue cost and waste of medicines.
