摘要


近年來,中國擁有低製造成本的廉價競爭優勢,而以往憑藉優秀人力和大量生產代工的台灣製造業,面臨許多前所未見的經營困境。為使企業組織持續保有競爭力,企業紛紛戮力於強化新產品開發能力,並持續進行創新產品開發,以提高企業價值,儼然成為目前製造產業根留台灣與永續經營的重要議題之ㄧ。 本研究以能力成熟度整合模式(Capability Maturity Model Integration, CMMI)的支援類流程領域之原因分析與解決方案,結合PDCA戴明環模式,建立改善流程,以導入新產品開發流程。經研究導入結果證實,新產品開發流程之間的溝通介面得以重新界定,並可使用新產品評鑑審查方法評估流程改善之效益。經由高階管理人員的充分授權,與相關關鍵人員的溝通協調,降低組織流程改善成本,以及減緩人員的不適應,進而提昇組織流程持續改善的適用性。最後,希望能藉由本研究個案的成果,解決新產品開發流程改善機制的參考,以提供一個良好的新產品開發模式,協助要從事新產品開發的電子工程師。

In recent years, China owns the competitiveness of lower-cost in manufacturing and production. However, in the past decades, the manufacturers in Taiwan have distinguished human resources in mass productions, and currently they are facing the toughest challenges ever in the competitive market. In order to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise, the enterprise makes a lot of efforts to enhance the development capability of new product and continue developing innovative products to increase business value. Therefore, this is an important issue for the manufacturing industry to stay in Taiwan. In this research, Causal Analysis and Resolution process area of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) combining PDCA Deming Cycle is applied to establish continuous improvement process in new product development. According to the results of this research, the communication interface of the new product development is redefined, and new evaluation methods are adopted to evaluate the performance of the process improvement. Through full empowerment from the top management and good coordination among stakeholders, it can reduce the cost of process improvement and increase the adaptability of process improvement in the organization. Finally, the outcomes of this research could be good references for the process improvement on new product development and assist the electronic engineers in new product development.
