銀行業以控股公司型態跨業經營,控股公司控股的子公司得以經營銀行、保險、證券及相關金融事業金控公司,紛紛設立財富管理部門,透過產品組合、資訊交叉運用及交叉銷售提供顧客一站購足的金融服務,以提昇金控公司的競爭力。因此,不管是整體金融環境的需求或是個人理財的發展趨勢,培養專業且全方位的理財規劃人員,並提升理財專員的工作績效,即成首要課題。 本研究主要目的在探討理財專員的人格特質、專業能力、時間管理與工作績效之間的關聯性。以個案銀行第一大民營銀行中南部分行為例,初估中南部分行理財專員有208人,採用SPSS12.0統計視窗軟體作為統計分析之工具,針對樣本資料使用之研究方法如:因素分析、描述性統計、迴歸分析方法;研究結論將分享給銀行管理者、保險業…等管理者,以及提供未來相關研究者之方向根據。 研究結論如下: 一、 理財專員在人格特質對工作績效有顯著影響性。 二、 理財專員在專業能力對工作績效有顯著影響性。 三、 理財專員在時間管理對工作績效有顯著影響性。 關鍵字:理財專員、人格特質、專業能力、時間管理、工作績效
Bank operates its business under the model of Financial Holdings Co. Ltd., since the subsidiaries include bank, insurance company, securities firm, and other affiliated business corporations. The department of Wealth Management is set up to provide customers “one-stop shopping” financial services through the combination of all kinds of derivative products, information communication, and cross selling. This truly enhances the Financial Holding Co., Ltd. to become more competitive. Therefore, the most important thing for the entire banking system and personal financing development is to train the financial specialist and improve the job performance of the specialists. This study aimed to discuss the correlation of job performance with personality, professional ability, and time management of financial specialist. The research based on a case study of the largest local bank in the mid-south Taiwan. There are around 208 specialists in all the mid-south branches. SPSS12.0 statistics Windows software is adopted as statistical analysis tool. The method of sampling in this research is as follows: factor analysis, descriptive statistics analysis and regression analysis. The conclusion of this study will be shared to the supervisors in bank or insurance company, and provide a basis for all related researches in the future. The result of this study comes to a conclusion: 1.The personality of financial specialist has a remarkable correlation with job performance. 2.The professional ability of financial specialist has a remarkable correlation with job performance. 3.The time management of financial specialist has a remarkable correlation with job performance.
