本研究透過瞭解軍事組織中領導風格及組織文化與知識管理活動中知識分享行為之間的關係,最後藉以協助軍事組織領導者營造出最有利於知識管理的領導風格,與最佳的組織文化以促進軍事組織間知識分享行為。 研究結果發現,越年輕的軍人在組織內的創新型文化表現優於其他年齡者,顯示軍人年齡越輕,在組織中越富有創新的精神文化;組織內教育程度越高者,越懂得利用制度來傳承文化,而服務年資越久的軍人影響組織內的參與型、授權型文化越大。 而士兵因屬基礎階級較受軍中制度影響以致其告知型領導風格高於士官等階級,服務年資越久的軍人在領導風格較喜愛採用參與及授權方式。軍人年齡越高因累積的知識豐富,也較願意分享、給予機會並鼓勵他人,而學歷越高者,因所接受教育知識豐富,會熱於分享個人知識並給予學習機會及鼓勵他人學習。服務年資越久者對知識分享行為中的個人知識、分享學習機會及鼓勵他人學習的影響高於其他服務年資較少者。
This study of military organizations to understand organizational culture and leadership style and knowledge management activities, the relationship between knowledge sharing, the last leader of military organizations to help create the most conducive to knowledge management, leadership, and organizational culture in order to best military organizations to promote knowledge sharing behavior. The results showed that the younger soldiers in the organization of innovative cultural performance better than the other age to show the younger soldiers in the organization more innovative spirit of the culture; the higher education level within the organization who know how to use the system to the more cultural heritage, while the longer length of service within the military impact of the participatory organization, the greater the license type culture. The soldiers, based on the class because they were more affected by the military regime which this leadership style than their non-commissioned officers and other classes, services, more long years of leadership style more like soldiers in a participatory and licensing. The higher the result of military age, accumulated wealth of knowledge, are more willing to share, given the opportunity and encouragement to others, the higher educated persons, because of education received by the knowledgeable, it will be hot on the sharing of personal knowledge and provide learning opportunities and encourage others to learn. The longer years of service who acts on knowledge sharing personal knowledge, share learning opportunities and encourage others to study the impact of length of service less than other persons.
