國際產業的帶動下,以創新為主的文化產業逐漸成為趨勢,使用有限的資源下,創造出產業最大的價值,成為各國努力的目標。 九天民俗技藝團是表演藝術為基礎的團體,結合傳統的民俗技藝與戲劇發展出獨特的經營模式、架構和舞台表演,並強調民族性與地方特色。九天民俗技藝團成員並非音樂或戲劇科班出身,而是地方人士、更生人、中輟生和社會邊緣人的集合體。研究將以九天民俗技藝團為研究個案,使用深度訪談了解團體的經營管理以及發展沿革和轉型困境。 九天民俗技藝團成立的主要目的是為了改變大眾對於陣頭文化和民俗陣頭成員的觀感,並提升本土藝術的價值。成員透過系統性的訓練和教育來推廣台灣的民俗藝術與文化,同時,也幫助成員回歸校園和社會。九天民俗技藝轉型過程,經歷過許多傳統思想和現代理念的衝突。然而,不斷的改革和創新,九天陸續在國際間嶄露頭角,進而將台灣地方產業國際化。
Follow the globalization trend, the cultural and creative industries become a top industry in twenty-first century. The idea is create the most value of produced that use of limited in resources. “Chio-Ting Folk Drum & Arts Culture Group”, a performing arts and music groups in Taiwan that combined traditional folk arts with drama to developed a industry model,structure and performances. Chio-Ting’s members are not graduation form music or theater major. Their are rehabilitation of people, drop-outs and marginalized people, nevertheless their enjoy in perform. Aegimental commander of Chio-Ting indicated that the goal of Chio-Ting Folk Drum & Arts Culture Group, the idea is encourage people to appreciate traditional arts and improve the value of local arts. Furthermore, the members to support traditional arts and culture through the systematic training and education. While also helping members of the return to the campus and society. This study will be Chio-Ting Folk Drum & Arts Culture Group as a case study that using in-depth interviewing and participant observation to understand the mode of operation、the development of history and predicament. The results will explain that combination tradition arts with creativity into life will enhance the people to appreciate the arts and enhance the artistic value of the local.
