利用教學網站輔助國小學童認識臺灣原生植物-特有種教學之成效研究

A Study on Assessing the Effect of Using Web-based Instruction for Taiwan Native Plant Endemic Species to the Elementary School Students

摘要


為了解利用教學網站輔助國小學童認識臺灣原生植物-特有種對學童具備的臺灣特有種植物知識、態度、行為意向之教學成效,本研究採方便取樣的方式選取臺南縣某國小六年級學童二班共52人,進行三週教學。教學活動前、後,以自編之「國小六年級學童對臺灣原生植物-特有種的知識量表」、「國小六年級學童對臺灣原生植物-特有種的態度量 」、「國小六年級學童對臺灣原生植物-特有種的行為意向量表」為評量工具,進行評測,並將前測、後測資料進行統計分析,以了解教學成效。 經由資料分析,研究結果如下︰ (一)臺灣原生植物-特有種其中的維管束植物區分為被子植物、裸 子植物、蕨類;在植物簡介部份分為名稱、學名、科別、用途 及性狀等五部份,適合國小六年級學童進行認識臺灣原生植物 -特有種教學活動使用。 (二)在課程介入後,學童的臺灣原生植物-特有種的知識、態度、 行為意向得分,有顯著提升。 由研究結果顯示,臺灣原生植物-特有種教學網站可以有效增進國小六年級學童的臺灣原生植物-特有種的知識,並使學童之臺灣原生植物-特有種的態度及行為意向更為積極。

The purpose of this study is to consider whether the web-based instruction of Taiwan Native Plants-Endemic Species can inspire the knowledge, attitudes, behavioral intentions on the sixth grade elementary school students. This study used 52 sixth grade lementary school students in Tainan County as research sample for a three-week instructional activity. The study results were measured by using three self-designed measuring tables. Before and after the instructional activity, we conduct the survey on sixth grade elementary school students’ knowledge, attitudes, and behavioral intentions for Taiwanese Native Plants- Endemic Species. Pre-test and post-test data is used to perform statistical analysis to understand the instructional ccomplishment. After the experimental Website teaching, data was collected, compiled, and analyzed. The primary findings of this study are as following: 1. Among the Taiwan Native Plants-Endemic Species, some special family such as angiosperm, gymnosperm, ferns; the common names, botanical names, plant family, plant usage, and plant characteristics. This is appropriate for the sixth grade elementary school students to learn Taiwan Native Plants-Endemic Species. 2. After the web-based instructional activities, the students showed great improvement toward their knowledge, attitudes, and behavioral intentions. The research results of this study indicated that the web-based instruction of Taiwan Native Plan-Endemic Species does effectively increase the knowledge of Taiwan Native Plant-Endemic Species to the sixth grade elementary school students. The teaching makes the students show more proactive attitudes, and behavioral intentions on Taiwan Native Plant-Endemic Species .
