高壓靜電場治療對心肺功能與腿部酸痛成效之探討

摘要


探討高壓靜電場治療對心肺功能與腿部酸痛之成效。共有12 位研究對象,男性7 位(58.3%)、女性5 位(41.7%),平均身高為167.92±7.24公分,平均體重為68.75±11.49 公斤,平均年齡34.08±6.4 歲,12 位研究對象中均無抽菸習慣,僅有2 位(16.7%)有每天運動的習慣。 本研究採單組前、後測設計,了解高壓靜電場療法對氧氣攝取量、呼吸反應、心血管反應、血壓與血氧飽和度等各項讀值及對腿部酸痛的影響。測試者先以疼痛量表(Numerical Rating Scale, NRS)評估其腿部酸痛指數是否達收案標準,並於介入措施前、後操作運動心肺功能機且記錄其值。 介入方式,受測者使用高壓靜電場治療,五天為一個療程,一天一次。休息兩天後,以疼痛量表(NRS)評估其腿部酸痛指數,再採三天為一個療程,一天一次。每次使用時間30 分鐘,輸出電壓9000V,於最後療程結束,休息一天後,再以疼痛量表(NRS)評估其腿部酸痛指數,完成實驗。本研究實驗之各項資料,以電腦SPSS for Windows 12.0 套裝軟體進行處理分析,以相依樣本t 考驗,並以<α=.05 定為顯著水準。 結果,高壓靜電場治療有助於攝氧量效率的提升、呼吸儲備率的提升、換氣量的降低,對於因工作之故須長期站立導致腿部酸痛者有顯著的改善。

This study is to investigate the treatment effect of high static field on cardiopulmonary function and the sore of leg.There are 12 objects, 7 male(58.3%)and 5 female (41.7%),participated in this study.Their average height is 167.92±7.24 cm,the average weight is 68.75±11.49 kg, and the average age is 34.08±6.4 years old.All of them don`t have smoking habit,but only 2 of them(16.7%)do exercise every day. This study adopts a pretest and post-test experimental design on the subjects to evaluate the values of oxygen uptake, ventilatory response, cardiovascular response, blood pressure, oxygen saturation and the effect of relieving the sore of leg in the high static field treatment. Before the test, using the numerical rating scale(NRS)to assess the sore index of the leg, evaluating whether the case is enrolled or not. The cardiopulmonary exercise test is also executed before and after the intervention to record some physiological parameters. The way of intervention is let the subjects use high static field treat machine by treating once everyday in the first 5 day treatment course.Then,subjects take a break for 2 days and use the NRS to assess the sore index of the leg. The subjects take a 3 day treatment of high static field once a day after the 2 days break.Each treatment period is 30 minutes,the output voltage is 9000V.After finishing the last treatment course and taking one day break,subjects then use the NRS to assess the sore index of the leg in the finish of this study. The data obtained in this study are analysed by using SPSS for Windows 12.0. Paired t-test is used and the statistical output <α=.05 is taken as reaching statistically significant level. This study shows that high static field treatment is helpful to raise the efficiency of oxygen uptake, BR and to decrease ventilation. The obvious improvement is observed in those subjects with sore legs caused by long time standing for work.
