法鼓山心靈環保對法緣會組織承諾與會員幸福感之影響

摘要


目的:分析法鼓山心靈環保對法緣會組織承諾與會員幸福感之影響,進而探討法緣會未來經營管理之發展方向。方法:針對法鼓山的護法團體「法緣會」之會員為主要研究對象,採用量化問卷調查法與質性訪談法進行資料收集,並以描述性統計、平均數分析、階層迴歸分析及內容分析等方法進行資料分析與處理。結果:一、法緣會會員平均年齡64.83歲,57歲以上佔89.9%;已婚者92.9%;會員子女人數以兩位居多佔50%;參加法鼓山之契機以「敬仰聖嚴師父理念」最多(62.9%);參加法鼓山年資以「超過20年」者最多(28.6%);「月例會」為法緣會會員最有意願參與的活動(82.9%)。二、心靈環保總平均為3.75,「四安」感受程度最高(M= 3.87);組織承諾總平均為3.86,「情感承諾」感受程度最高(M= 4.00);幸福感總平均為3.84,「正向情感」感受程度最高(M= 3.87)。三、組織承諾為心靈環保與幸福感之中介變項。結論:一、法緣會的會員以「敬仰聖嚴師父理念」年資20年以上的銀髮族居多。二、法緣會會員之心靈環保以「四安」的感受程度最高。三、法緣會會員之組織承諾以「情感承諾」的感受程度最高。四、法緣會會員之幸福感以「正向情感」的感受程度最高。五、法緣會組織承諾在法鼓山心靈環保與會員幸福感之間具有中介效果。六、法緣會未來之組織發展方向,以著重於提升服務品質與加強組織凝聚力為宜。

Purpose of Research: To analyze the influences of the Dharma Drum Mountain’s(DDM) protecting the spiritual environment on the organizational commitment and subjective well-being of members of Dharma Affinity Society, and to explore the future management development of Dharma Affinity Society. Research Methods: The research objects are the members of Dharma Affinity Society. Methods of Quantitative Questionnaire and Qualitative Interview are applied to collect data. Descriptive Statistics, Average Analysis, Hierarchical Regression Analysis, and Content Analysis are used to analyze and to process the collected data. Research Outcome: 1. The average age of Dharma Affinity Society members is 64.83 years old. 89.9% of the members are above 57 years old. 92.2% of the members are married. Members who have kids are mostly with two children (50%). 62.9% of the member decide to participate in Dharma Affinity Society because they admire Master Sheng-Yen. 28.6% of the members have been in the Society for more than 20 years. 82.9% of the members are most willing to attend the Monthly Member Meeting. 2. The total average of the Spiritual Environment Protection is 3.75, among which the feeling of the Four Stabilities is the highest (M=3.87). The total average of the Organizational Commitment is 3.86, among which the feeling of Emotional Commitment is the highest (M=4.00). The total average of Subjective Well-Being is 3.84, among which the feeling of Positive Emotion is the highest (M=3.87). 3. Organizational Commitment is the mediator variable of Spiritual Environment Protection and Subjective Well-Being. Conclusion: 1. The majority in Dharma Affinity Society are elderly members who admire Master Sheng-Yen and have been in the Society for more than 20 years. 2. The feeling of the Four Stabilities is the highest among the Spiritual Environment Protections of Dharma Affinity Society members. 3. The feeling of Emotional Commitment is the highest among the Organizational Commitments of Dharma Affinity Society members. 4. The feeling of Positive Emotion is the highest among the Subjective Well-Beings of Dharma Affinity Society members. 5. Organizational Commitment of Dharma Affinity Society is the mediator variable of Spiritual Environment Protection and Subjective Well-Being. 6. The future organizational development of Dharma Affinity Society will focus on providing services with higher-quality and enhancing the cohesion within Dharma Affinity Society.
