腦梗塞病人的預後－腦電腦斷層掃瞄與復健結果的關係
Prognosis of Patient with Cerebral Infarction
摘要
病人中風後的預後如何，是病人、家屬及醫療人員所最關心的。以54位第一次發生中風的病人作研究對象，作者嘗試探討腦電腦斷層所顯示腦病變位置與復健後病人動作功能恢復之間的關係，發現動作功能恢復與腦病變位置有密切關係。若梗塞區域在皮質或下皮質區則恢復差；反之若梗塞小且位在深處的基底或腦室旁區域，則復健後機能恢復較好。因此若有CT診斷加上神經解剖學的知識則有助於治療師預估病人復健後的機能恢復。

After stroke, medical member and family will deep concerned with patient's prognosis. With 54 subjects suffering from 1st stroke, the relationship between CT Scan and motor function recovery after rehabilitation was studied. It was significant for ambulation ability. The incidence of ambulation ability in cortical or subcortical infarction is less than that in basal ganglion or paraventricular area infarction.
