摘要

軟骨母細胞骨肉瘤(chondroblastic osteosarcoma)是一種很罕見的惡性腫瘤。本病例是個十四歲的女孩在其右上顎發現一個無痛的腫塊，腫塊之病理檢查證實是軟骨母細胞骨肉瘤。施行從右上正中門齒至第二大臼齒之上顎骨部份切除術(partial maxillectomy)，追蹤至今已十年仍無復發現象。

Chondroblastic osteosarcoma is a rare and milignant disease. A hard and painless mass was found at the right side of the maxilla of a 14 years old girl. The biopsy proved to be a chondroblastic osteosarcoma. Partial maxillectomy from right upper central incisor to 2nd molar was performed. There haven't any evidence of recurrence following 10 years postopertively.
