A Ganglion Cyst of Temporomandibular Joint-Report of a Case

Ganglion cyst of the temporomandibular joint is rare. The differential diagnosis is sometimes difficult. We presented a case of preauricular small mass using magnetic resource imagine and ultrasongraphy for preoperative evaluation surgical excision and pathologic confirm the final result; no tumor recurrent during one year follow up.
