Chondroblastoma is a benign but rare cartilage-forming neoplasm that accounts for nearly 1% of all primary bone tumors, predominantly in long bones of extremities. Clinical presentation of chondroblastoma may be too unspecific to diagnose precisely and relate to other similar medical condition/ disorder. For making appropriate diagnosis of chondroblastoma, it is necessary to be differentiated by immunohistochemical analysis and H&E stain. A case of a mid-seventies man came to our institute with chief complaint of a 2-cm painless mass at his left pre-auricular area for more than one year which was growing a little bit larger than it was recently. In clinic, it was most likely to be pleomorphic adenoma of parotid gland based on clinical manifestation. This mass was removed smoothly without complication and its pathological report was chondroblastoma. We presented a rare case of chondroblastoma of the mandibular condyle which was mimicking a mixed tumor in clinic.
