中醫藥緩解乳癌-術後放療化療併發症之淺談

Alleviation of Breast Cancer by Chinese Medicine-Brief Discussion for the Complication after Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

摘要


乳癌是嚴重威脅婦女健康和生命的最常見的惡性腫瘤之一。近年來,雖然對乳癌的手術、放療、化療及內分泌治療等綜合治療大大提高了患者的生存率,但是,對那些手術後復發,放化療失敗及不能忍耐化療的乳癌患者,目前尚無滿意的治療方法。傳統醫學對乳癌術後及放療、化療後的患者進行中醫辨證治療,在於從整體觀念出發,調整機體的陰陽、氣血、臟腑功能的平衡,強調內治和外治相結合,根據藥物的不同特點,有要用湯劑和散劑相結合,應用扶正固本的方法,提高患者自身的抗病能力,應用軟堅散結的方法直接抑制腫瘤細胞的增殖。本文又建議乳癌患者宜常飲“牡蠣海藻湯”,該藥膳適用於乳癌病人作為防癌抗癌的餐飲湯餚,具有輔助治療作用。並配合飲食調理,使患者延長生命,可提高存活時的生活品質。

The breast cancer can threaten women health seriously and it is one of the most common malignant tumors in the life. In recent years, though the survival rate of patients has been raised by the surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy and endocrine treatment etc., however, there is still no satisfactory treatment method for the breast cancer patients with complication after surgery and failed radiotherapy or chemotherapy at present. The traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome can be used to treat the breast cancer patients with complication after surgery and failed radiotherapy or chemotherapy. The whole concept should be used to adjust the balance of Yin and Yang, Qi and blood, and internal organs, and emphasize the combination of inner treatment and outer treatment. According to different characteristics of the medicine, it has to use the combination of decoction and powder, use the firm method to improve the disease resistance of patients, use the soft and solid method to suppress the proliferation of the tumor cell. This paper proposes that the breast cancer patients should often drink ”Mu Li Hai Zao Tang”. This herbal cuisine is suitable diet for breast cancer patients to resist the cancer with auxiliary treatment function. The diet medication can lengthen the life of patients and raise the living quality of patients.
