摘要

眩暈是自己感覺到與外界的位置上、空間上不一致的自覺症狀。有真性眩暈（旋轉性）與假性眩暈（非旋轉性）。真性眩暈主要以旋轉感為主，亦有傾斜感、跌倒感；而假性眩暈則有不穩定感、浮游感、搖擺感、或起立時眼前昏暗、或平衡障礙等眩暈感。真性眩暈與末梢或中樞前庭系統障礙有關。

Vertigo Disorder is a false sensation that one's self or the surroundings are moving or spinning. The disease consists of two types, namely, genuine vertigo (rotational) and pseudo vertigo (non-rotational). Patients will feel in a sudden sensation of movement or spinning in the cases of the genuine vertigo The pseudo vertigo will affect balance and the patient fells dizzy when standing. The objective vertigo is a disorder characterized by the inter vestibular nerve.
