摘要

《內經》是現代中醫理論最重要的基礎，《素問•至真要大論》中說“少陰從本從標”常成為後代醫家治病的指導原則，尤其是六經辨證中少陰病的範疇。在內經說這段話的意涵大概可以簡述為少陰病的發展過程可以從本或從標。少陰的本是火是熱，少陰的標是水是寒，故少陰病可能寒化，可能熱化。

Nei Jing is the most important foundation of modern Traditional Chinese Medicine theory. ”From the Symptoms and From the Root Cause for Shao Yin” was stated in Suwen-Zhizhen Yao Dalun, which has become the guideline for the disease treatment of later physicians, particularly in the scope of Shao Yin disease specified in the six meridian syndrome differentiations. In ”Nei Jing”, it means the development process of Shao Yin disease occurs from the symptoms or from the root cause. The root cause of Shao Yin is fire and heat, and the symptoms of Shao Yin is water and cold, so Shao Yin disease might has cold transformation or hot transformation.
