摘要
背景：多年前因背部疼痛，初次體驗到拔罐療法；美國泳將「飛魚」菲爾普斯（Michael Phelps）亦曾接受拔罐療法並表示能有效舒緩其肩膀、背部和腿部的壓力，使拔罐療法在運動醫學領域引起討論。某次與台大教授的病理討論中，得知使用先針灸後拔罐的手法能有效的讓患者疼痛改善。自此便開始深入研究並利用臨床實際操作。方法：用針刀針刺後在施針的部位進行拔罐，其皮下組織與肌肉中的血液因受負壓吸引，除擴大並加強針刺所造成為損傷的力道外，並增加其出血量，將血液擴散到因受傷發炎的軟組織，再利用血液的營養及促進發炎的特性，成為修復組織的介質。結果：雖然不同於西醫採用注射介質於軟組織的方式，但與西醫增生注射療法的原理相似，臨床上應用此原理於骨骼系統的各種適應症皆有顯著療效，此法除具有改善局部疼痛效果外，依研究顯示期還能促進全身血液新陳代謝且有鎮痛的能力。結論：無論針刺後拔罐或西醫的增生注射療法都同是強調於受傷發炎的軟組織上，採增強刺激後再積極重建，都能得到明顯較佳的療效，所以稱之為「中醫增生療法」。

Background: I experienced cupping therapy for the first time due to back pain many years ago. American swimmer Michael Phelps also received cupping therapy and said that it can effectively relieve the pressure on his shoulders, back and legs, and make cupping therapy has caused discussion in the field of sports medicine. During a pathology discussion with a professor at National Taiwan University, I learned that using acupuncture and cupping can effectively relieve the patient's pain. Since then, I have begun to research and make use of clinical practice. Method: After using acupuncture with a needle knife, cupping is performed at the site where the needle is applied. The blood in the subcutaneous tissues and muscles is attracted by the negative pressure, which not only expands and strengthens the strength of the injury caused by the acupuncture but also increases the amount of bleeding. The blood is diffused to the soft tissues that have been inflamed due to injury, and the nutrients and inflammation-promoting properties of the blood are reused to become a medium for tissue repair. Result: Although it is different from the method of injecting media in soft tissues in western medical therapy, it is similar to the principle of hyperplasia injection therapy in western medical therapy. The clinical application of this principle to various indications of the skeletal system has a significant effect. This method has the effect of relieving local pain. According to research, it can also boost the blood metabolism of the whole body and has the ability of analgesia. Conclusion: Both cupping after acupuncture and hyperplasia injection therapy of western medical therapy emphasize on the injured and inflamed soft tissues. If the stimulation is strengthened and then actively reconstructed, it can get significantly better curative effect, so it is called ＂Chinese medical hyperplasia therapy.
