血液透析治療前、中、後之操作技術
Operational Techniques Before, During and After Hemodialysis

The nursing care during hemodialysis is crucial to patient's life safety. Clinical nursing staff of hemodialysis do obey the adequate order prescribed by nephrologists, but the most important things are to perform complicated procedure of hemodialysis precisely, to continuously and closely monitor the fluctuation of vital signs, and to manage properly and efficiently in order to achieve patient's safety. Thus, obedience to standard operating procedure and skilled technique are the basis of nursing care. This article is aimed at the experience sharing of possible complications and its management during hemodialysis in the purpose of earlier discovery and prevention of problems for patient's safety.
