慢性牙周炎患者使用可吸收再生膜進行牙周再生術治療病例報告

Using Resorbable Membranes in Guided Tissue Regeneration Treatment: Case Report

摘要

臨床上使用可吸收再生膜進行牙周再生手術已有多年歷史，本報告提出使用液態的牙周再生膜Atrisorb(上標 ®)在一位慢性牙周炎患者身上進行牙周再生術的病例。患者在多年前拔除下顎兩側智齒，而下顎兩側第二大臼齒之遠心側均有牙周骨內缺損，經基本治療後在下顎兩側及上顎右側均使用Atrisorb(上標 ®)合併脫鈣冷凍乾燥翼體移植骨治療。患者上鄂左側亦有牙周骨內缺損，則以翻瓣手術與齒槽骨形術治療。治療患者臨床指數及放射線學檢查上均有改善，一年後情況亦持續維持穩定。

To use bioresorbable membranes in guided tissue regeneration treatment is common in clinical periodontal treatment. This case report described treatment that a liquid type bioresorbable membrane-Atrisorb(superscript ®) was used in a chronic periodontitis patient. The intrabony defects at distal side of bilateral mandibular second molars were treated with Atrisorb(superscript ®) membrane combined with demineralized freezed dried bone allograft. The 1 year post-op follow up shows improvement in both clinical appearance and radiographic examination.
