中醫治療改善孕期不適症狀－中醫健保專案計畫資料回溯性研究

TCM Therapy Relieves Pregnancy Discomforts-A Retrospective Study base on the National Health Insurance Pilot Project of Pregnancy & Childbirth Management Using Chinese Medicine

摘要

為提高台灣婦女孕期生活品質、預防流產，台灣政府於2015年開始試辦「全民健康保險中醫提升孕產照護品質計畫」，針對有先兆流產傾向及有流產病歷者，由中醫給予適當照護以提升孕產品質。本研究藉由回溯性分析此計畫數據，探討462位有先兆流產傾向及有流產病例者，經由中醫照護後，患者生理的變化與不適症狀的改善。研究結果指出，中醫介入治療可以減少4.1％之孕婦達嚴重妊娠嘔吐的嘔吐標準、每月出血次數大於一次之孕婦降低5.4％，並降低孕婦平均收縮壓，然而整體降血壓效力輕微、患有孕期高血壓孕婦比例不變，其餘不適症狀如憂鬱、心悸、頭暈等治療後比例並無顯著改變。本研究確立中醫對於提升孕產照護品質的整體效益。

Aiming to improve the life quality of pregnant women and prevent them from miscarriage, the Taiwan government has conducted the ＂National Health Insurance Pilot Project of Pregnancy & Childbirth Management using traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)＂, which provided TCM therapy for those who had the tendency or medical histories of threatened abortion, since 2015. The purpose of this study was to explore after receiving TCM therapy, the physiological changes and symptom improvement of 462 pregnant women by conducting a retrospective study based on the data of the project mentioned above. TCM therapy could reduce the 4.1% number of pregnant women facing hyperemesis gravidarum risk, and the 5.6% number of women bleeding more than once a month. TCM therapy could also reduce the average systolic blood pressure of pregnant women, however, there was no significant change in the percentages of hypertension patients among those women, so the effect of lowering blood pressure might be slight. Moreover, there was neither significant change in the percentages of patients with symptoms such as depression, palpitation, dizziness, etc. Since the original project didn't keep following up on the pregnancy and production status of those women, there were no data for this study to analyze the comprehensive tocolysis effects of traditional Chinese medicine. This study still confirmed the overall benefit of TCM in maternal care.
