本研究的目的乃是建立技術擴散之整合性架構,並以MRP為例來驗證之,在整合性架構中,共有八組研究構念與六個研究假設,本研究將影響擴散階段與實施績效之因素分成三大類,一為主觀因素,含環境、技術、組織、主管四類因素,二為客觀因素,三為採用壓力與態度因素。此外,本研究將擴散階段劃分為啟始期、擴張期及成熟期三個階段。本研究採取隨機抽樣設計,以郵寄問卷方式進行,共寄出250份且回收有效問卷為91份,有效回收率為38.2%。 整合性架構經實證後發現六個研究假設幾乎皆成立。研究發現擴散階段對實施績效有影響,且成熟期之績效最高,啟始期最低;此外,環境、技術、組織、主管與採用態度,共五組變數與擴散階段及實施績效間皆有顯著之關係存在。在整合分析中,可發現所有重要影響因素構念對三個擴散階段的正確區別率達76.92%,亦即可運用本研究提出之影響因素來判斷每家廠商之技術擴散程度。
The objective of this study is to construct an in-tegrative framework for technology diffusion and cite Material Requirement Planning(MRP) as dernonstra-tive example. There are eight sets of research con-structs and six hypotheses. This study generalizes the factors affecting the diffusion stages and the perform-ance of implementation into three groups: (1)subjective, (2)objective, and (3)the pressure and attitudes of adoption. The subjective factors include facets such as environment, technology, organization and execu-tives. In addition, this study divides the diffusion stages into the following three stages: (1)initial, (2)expanding, and (3)mature. The survey for this study utilized a random sampling design. A total of 408 copies of the questionnaires were mailed out, 91 valid copies were returned, and the valid response rate was 22.3%. The results of the survey indicate that almost all of the six hypotheses are supported. The study dem-onstrates that the diffusion stage has a significant in-fluence on the performance upon the initial stage is lowest, and the mature stage is highest in perform-ance. In addition, there are five sets of variables, in-cluding environment, technology, organization, executives and the attitude of adoption, having signify-cant relationships with the diffusion stage and the performance upon implementation. In the analysis of integration, the study indicates that the all important affecting factors can discriminate the infusion stages correctly up to a level of 76.92 percent. This suggests that the affecting factors provided in this study can be used to justify the extent of technology diffusion.
