大學生性別、身體質量指數與運動量對心率變異率的影響

The effects of college students' gender, body mass index and amount of exercise on heart rate variability

摘要


近年來由於物資充足、生活安逸,許多大學生在放學、下班甚至是休假都寧願坐在電腦桌前玩遊戲或是看影片,也不願意踏出家門去戶外走走或運動,身體機能漸漸產生了些微的變化,因此這些因素導致交感神經與副交感神經的活性改變,如:遊戲至高潮時隨著心跳的加速,心跳期間標準差(SDNN)與心率變異也隨之上升。這次研究與元培醫事科技大學醫學影像暨放射技術系隨機抽取43 位同學為實驗對象,我們分別以性別、身高、體重、身體質量指數(Body mass index:BMI)、體脂(Body Fat)、內臟脂肪(Visceral Fat)、運動內臟脂肪(Viscera fat)、運動量為影響分子來分析不同族群的交感神經活性。交感神經活性以心律變異為參考基準,心律變異的測量則透過心跳變異分析儀(InstantCheck)分析受測者的心跳(HR)、心跳期間標準差(SDNN)、交感神經(LF)、副交感神經(HF)、高低頻功率比(LF/HF)、總功率(Total Power)。實驗數據以IBM SPSS 22.0 統計分析軟體,進行獨立T 檢定,來分析各族群在心律變異率差異是否具有顯著性差異。研究數據指出:(1)規律運動者有較佳的自律神經活性與心跳頻率;(2)女性的交感神經活性/副交感神經活性比較接近1,說明女性的自律神經較男性平衡穩定。

In recent years because of comfortable life, many people in school, get off work and even leave are prefer to sit at the computer desk to play games or watch movies, do not want to go outdoors or exercise. Body function gradually produced a slight change; these factors may lead to autonomic nervous disorders and disease, such as: sleep disorders, high blood pressure, irritability, shoulder and neck pain, myocardial infarction, menopausal discomfort and so on. A stratified random sampling method was used to extract 43 students as a sample. The body weight, body mass index (BMI), viscera fat, and the amount of exercise as the impact of molecules to analyze the different groups of sympathetic nerve activity. The sympathetic nerve activity was measured by heart rate variability as a reference. Experimental data were analyzed by independent T test in IBM SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software to analyze the various on the heart rate variability whether there was a significant difference. The data suggest that: (1) regular exercise has better autonomic nerve activity and heart rate; (2) female sympathetic nerve activity/parasympathetic activity ratio is close to 1, indicating that women's autonomic nerve are more balance and stability than men.
