摘要

雙重冠活動假牙是一種依靠選擇性固位牙及其下無牙區齒槽骨或黏膜支持的活動性補綴裝置。研究報告指出雙重冠活動假牙由於在臨床應用上具有改善固位效果、強直性垂直支持、穩定性及本體感受性…優點，因此常用取代傳統式假牙及覆蓋式假牙。最近的許多研究結果顯示雙重冠活動假牙更常用於嚴重進行性牙周病牙周病的牙周補綴治療，而且效果奇佳。本文提出嚴重進行性牙周炎之患者接受非手術性牙周治療後的病例，以雙重冠活動假牙的設計進行３年６個月周綴綴療法的結果。臨床評估顯示此種生物力學原理的設計提仈橋基牙最有利的咬合力量的分佈及最少破壞性扭力的傳導，因此對牙周支持相當脆弱的牙周病患者，能發揮最有效的牙周補綴治療效果。

”The crown and sleeve coping (CSC) telescope denture is a removable prosthesis
which is supported by both selectively retained teeth and by the underlying residual
ridge or mucosa. Many studies reported that CSC telescope denture is utilized to
Overcome problems common to convertional dentures and overdentures due to the
advantages of improved retention, rigid vertical support, stability, and proprioception.
Recently, the CSC-tlescope denture was commonly used in teeth had been severely
involved with advanced periodontal disease. This article presents a treatment sequence of
oral rehabilization of a patient with severely advanced periodontitis by using modified
CSC telescope denture following the nonsurgical periodontal therapy. The result of
3 1/2 year's follow up showed and excellent improve ment of the abutments, presumably
due to the modified CSC telescope design provides favorable forces distribution and
least destructive horizontal forces.”
