以決策樹獲取制造系統排程知識之研究

Using Decision Tree as Knowledge Acquisition Tool for Production Scheduling

摘要


各級政府在都市更新與調整地區生活機能前提下,常透過土地使用變更方式將原有之計晝分區變更為更高強度之土地使用類別,高強度開發固然可產生許多正面效益,但卻也可能對鄰近交通造成負面衝擊,如台北市的許多變更案皆曾因交通觀點而遭否決,然業者面對「衝擊過大」的審查理由時,卻只能藉由逐次減少開發規模的討價還價方式,冀望主管機關能通過變更計晝。本文旨在運用服務水準觀念將交通衝擊指標合理化,且依據交通衝擊分析觀念發展開發規模分析模式,同時結合開發規模決策分析系統之建立,有效解決土地使用變更計晝中有關容積率與開發型態比例之開發規模問題。實例研究結果顯示:各模式均具有高度正確性與實用性,未來將可提供相關單位以交通觀點探討土地使用變更計晝之參考。

In order to integrate urban developments and improving regional quality,governments usually permit land use rezoning,for example,the industrial areascan be changed to be commercial or resident areas within some limiting factors.While land use rezoning will generate many benefits for developers and citizens,itwill also produce serious traffic impacts.Although traffic impact assessment isnecessary to land use rezoning,it just can evaluate the impacts under a givendevelopment scale,cannot provide the reasonable development scale.For thisreason,the development scale can only be determined by the bargaining betweendevelopers and governments.So,the primal work from traffic point is to decidethe reasonable development scale within reasonable level of service.Thepurpose of this study is to use the level of service concepts to develop a trafficimpact evaluation model and a decision analysis system for determiningdevelopment scale for land use rezoning.A case study is used to confirm thatthe proposed methodology is reasonable and effective.
